I was struggling between buying the Mini 4 Pro or the Air 3 and I was finally leaning toward the Air 3, getting ready to pull the trigger at the DJI website and I saw your video and now you got me thinking about the Mavic 3 classic.

Potensic do pretty good drones that have a lot of the features listed early like GPS, auto return etc. Not a great sensor though.

I Iove the video. I have a question. With pending banning of DJI drones. Is there any drone that will still work with a ban in effect? Like what if gps is not supported? How do the drones work? Do the use wifi? Do they connect via satellite? I’m a prepper and I want a drone for surveying land in the wilderness. Such as searching for water resources etc. I don’t have a lot of cash but am willing to spend if I know it will work after the ban. Thanks in advance

It costs $429 for the Mini 3 now WITH the smart remote so I had to buy one. I just wish the Mini 3 Pro came down in price too though. The mini 3 with the regular remote costs $299 currently at Costco for anyone wondering

I've had a mini 2 now for 3 years The mini 3 didn't do enough to interest me to upgrade. I'm gonna invest in a mini 4 pro this year with the built in screen controller. In the UK the drone rules are way more restrictive so doesn't make sense to get a drone over 250g.

Looks like you'll finally be right this year about this being the last year to be excited about the drone technology available to us.

Just bought mini as a hobby, you produce very good tutorials. Even if "only" doing it for a hobby, taking the time to not completely suck is always worth it.

What editing software do you use

I game a lot and still managed to crash my drone twice, once into a rock, second time into a tree (turns out those sensors are not very good at detecting branches) but drone survived both. One thing about them being loud, it may actually be a good thing. If someone next to you is using dji osmo pocket 3, your dji drone will start having signal issues and your screen can go off. I managed to recover my drone by just listening to it :/

got my mini 3 pro last November purely for getting better angles of things and visibility, im a weather enthusiast must see those storms, being able to take off in 2 minutes from the garden and get a better view than i would from travelling to the local hill is phenomenal for me. have now caught some scenes that ive dreamed about for years such as the london skyline sticking through cloud, still searching for that absolute perfect morning though with absolute perfect once in a lifetime conditions, it will happen one day.
